Scale With Rhonda ("Scale With Rhonda", "we", "us", "our") is a service of Jacksonville Social Service Alliances, LLC, located at 25 N. Market Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, United States. When you purchase or use our services, you are contracting with Jacksonville Social Service Alliances, LLC.
2. Our Services
Scale With Rhonda provides AI-powered growth solutions for service businesses and organizations, including an AI Receptionist, AI Missed-Call Text Back, AI Lead Follow-Up and Appointment Booking, and AI Customer Reactivation and Review Growth. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price shown at checkout, with free installation and no long-term contract.
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing, installing, or continuing to use any Scale With Rhonda service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization (if purchasing for a business) or that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services. You must not: use the services for any unlawful purpose; engage in fraud, spam, or harassment; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to interfere with the security or proper working of the services, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping content; or generate unlawful content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempts to circumvent our AI systems' safeguards.
You are responsible for the prompts and information you provide to the AI services, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying the accuracy of outputs before relying on them. You confirm you have the rights to any content you input.
5. AI Accuracy Disclosure
Our AI-powered services can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Outputs are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or regulated advice. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content or actions will be accurate, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving customer-facing communications where appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
Jacksonville Social Service Alliances, LLC retains all ownership of the services, including the underlying software, AI configurations, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your business during your subscription. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the services.
7. Service Level
We work hard to keep the services available and performing well, but we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. The services are provided "as is."
8. Payment and Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. Installation is free. There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and you may cancel at any time.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. We will notify you where reasonable. When access ends, we will make your business data available for export for 30 days on request before deleting it.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Your Responsibility for Content
You grant us a limited license to host and process the content and data you provide solely to deliver the services. You indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide, your unlawful use of the services, or your violation of these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, except where prohibited by applicable law.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or utility outages, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
